  2. See what ingredients a food already has.
  3. Add more ingredients to a food, and close it when you're done.

Reviewing food entries and analyzing your notebook

Analysis results

Tour-analysis_results
  1. The analysis provides a list of foods and ingredients that you're eating right before the times you've felt bad. Each entry in the results has a score from 0 to 100, with higher scores for the foods that are consistently associated with poor health.
  2. Besides just finding particular foods and ingredients, TriggerFood looks for foods that are in the same family (for instance the onion family), or with labels you've added to your foods, like "Fried".
  3. See what foods you ate and when you ate them that contained the potential culprit foods.
